Culture Jamming

            Re-learning the past information of the tragedy of western consumer lifestyles with our mass confusion of not knowing the future of where old is out and where we run through a society of images that could make simple days overlap with replicating re-occurrences as oases becomes more distant then the mirage. The term “culture jamming” is a great idea for the general young fighters of artistic life. We are fluxes against our societies down spinning culture.

            Makes me want to fight back in my creative way but the grip of Babylon is almost too strong to release from all this technology. One must integrate with the usage of technology to become a “culture jammed”

            Music is a great way to show a feeling in an artistic form that could take assort time to develop and will be heard continuously on the holy ipod. Artists that disrupt what bring peace to society of robots.

Skream, Rusko, Caspa, Flying Lotus, Benga, Skrillix, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Dead Kennedys, Pretty Lights, Lick the Lizard…

These artists infultrate through development of being none replicated revolutionary sound that feeds into someones knowledge of constant stories. As images of revolution develop for one while stuck in a visual simile culture of pixar lifestyle.

Skream is one of my favorite cultural jammers. He does constant mini mixes on Radio One with developments around revolutionary ideas. He incorporates ideas of using old dub reggae techniques that if cultural known the sound of reggae is meant to bring down Babylon (Western Society). Skream also creates general hard hitting propaganda for people that destroy society in single nights. We a large group admits their selves to a general intoxication at a music massive. Something so large/devasting for box livers and un-seen tribalistic culture that is pushed away inour on backyards. Something that can’t be controlled as a generation steps into the question of why. 

John Cage response

            The video on john cage gave myself a feeling of studying/watching a recent person of philosophy with convergence working for and against him. His way of understanding that all sounds in a very broad spectrum of music. Using fluxes studies as the example of altering the piano encouraged myself to think of ways that to alter my studies of art and music in radical new ways. I enjoyed the video production itself but it could have been more artistically aesthetic completed. This could help the long gevity of this genius the just past. His teachings seemed you have to be very willing for the change from normal rythmetic music with interpretation. Reminded of Bill T. Jones
